The game Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles 2 has confirmed the arrival of Doma as the final character in the "Infinity Castle Part 1 Character Pass". The new character will be released on May 28, 2026, expanding the roster inspired by the Infinity Castle movie.

New DLC completes the Infinite Castle package

In addition to Doma, the paid pass includes Kaigaku and versions of Tanjiro, Zenitsu, Giyu, Shinobu, and Akaza's Infinite Castle in VS mode. Thus, the release sequence began in October 2025 with Kaigaku and received frequent updates until April of this year.

The game also released Muzan Kibutsuji for free in September for competitive mode. Therefore, the sequel brings together virtually all the main characters connected to the most recent events of the anime produced by studio ufotable.

Story mode covers new arcs

Therefore, the story mode adapts the Entertainment District, Swordsmith Village, and Hashira Training arcs. The VS. mode, meanwhile, features over 40 playable characters, including the Hashira and fighters added in the first title released in 2021.

Developed by CyberConnect2 and published by Aniplex, the game is available for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. Meanwhile, fans can follow other news about anime, manga, and games on AnimeNews.
