Mitsuri Kanroji from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba celebrated her birthday this Thursday (June 1st), and Shonen Jump released a special video to commemorate the occasion. The video caught the attention of many fans of the Love Hashira, as she is one of the main characters in the new season of the anime.

This special video features a sequence of frames of Mitsuri and also some scenes from her battle in the Blacksmith Village to honor her. Since the anime returned, viewers have seen the Love Hashira in action for the first time. However, she only gave a glimpse of her abilities and will still have a major role in this arc during the battle against the Upper Moons.
Synopsis:
After defeating Upper Moon 6 in the Entertainment District, Tanjiro needs to go to the blacksmith village to forge a new sword, since his old weapon was damaged. However, on the way, he encounters new demons sent by Muzan, the main villain of the story, with the mission of killing the blacksmiths. Without the blacksmiths, the demon slayers will have no swords to fight the demons. So Tanjiro and his friends must fight the Upper Moon demons again to stop them.
Thus, the first season of Demon Slayer premiered in April 2019 , becoming a successful phenomenon with the movie. The second season premiered on December 5 , 2021 in Japan. Finally, the third season premiered on Crunchyroll after the release of the movie To the Swordsmith Village – World Tour on February 2 in Japan.
