The 4th season of Demon Slayer may be the last of the anime, as there are only two arcs left to complete the adaptation of Koyoharu Gotoge . On the other hand, there is also the possibility of having a 5th season if the fourth adapts just one arc.
Synopsis:
After defeating Upper Moon 6 in the Entertainment District, Tanjiro needs to go to the blacksmith village to forge a new sword, as his old weapon was damaged. However, on the way, he comes across new demons sent by Muzan, the main villain of the plot, with the mission of killing the blacksmiths. Without blacksmiths, hunters will have no swords to fight demons. So Tanjiro and his friends have to fight the demons of the Upper Moons again to stop them.
