Twitter account for the game Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles announced today that it already has 1 million copies in circulation worldwide.
It is worth noting that this number represents the number of copies that the company launched, but not necessarily that they were all sold. Therefore, the number is not a sales statistic.
The official Twitter also made a point of remembering that the game's first free update will be released soon.
Rui and Akaza will join the game as playable characters through a first free update, a total of three updates are already planned.
Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles was released in North America and Europe for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One and PC (via Steam) on October 15th.
