The second 2021 issue of Shonen Jump revealed that the Dr. Stone franchise is inspiring a smartphone game Poppin Games Japan is developing the strategy game. The game will be free to play and will have optional paid in-game items.
Shueisha stated that the game will have RPG elements, and will therefore feature mechanics such as gathering ingredients and crafting scientific items to use during battles.
The manga was then launched in the weekly Shonen Jump magazine in March 2017.
