The 3rd season of the Dr. Stone New World has had its premiere date revealed, along with a new trailer. According to the official website, the series will be split into 2 parts (2-cour) in Japan.

Therefore, the 3rd season of the anime Dr. Stone premieres on April 6th of this year. The video reveals the opening theme song “Wasuregataki” sung by Huwie Ishizaki.
Thus, the animation is by TMS Entertainment ( Takagi-san, Nagatoro-san ), the direction is by Shuhei Matsushita, with scripts by Yuichiro Kido (Nanatsu no Taizai: Seisen no Shirushi) and character design by Yuuko Iwasa.
Synopsis:
The story takes place thousands of years ago, when a mysterious phenomenon turns all of humanity to stone. The extraordinarily intelligent Senku Ishigami awakens in this time. Faced with this situation, Senku decides to use his science to rebuild a civilization on the verge of collapse. Alongside his super-muscular childhood friend Taiju Oki, who awoke with him, the two begin to rebuild the world from scratch.
Finally, the second season premiered in January 2021. The streaming service Crunchyroll broadcasts both seasons.
