According to the website The Dao of Dragon Ball, a new volume of Ginga Patrol Jako (Jaco the Galactic Patrolman) will be released on April 4th, featuring a bonus manga about the life of Goku's mother. This was revealed by the author Akira Toriyama during an interview with Saikyo Jump magazine.
The Saiyan warrior will be named Gine Bardock 's team . He saved her on numerous occasions, until the two began a relationship. The union between Bardock and Gine was something very special, as it was a bond that wasn't limited to reproduction, something common among Saiyans. Over time, Gine left the battlefield and began working at the meat distribution center on Planet Vegeta.
In the interview, Toriyama also mentioned that Bardock's design was originally done by the team working on the anime, and that he only made a few changes. The author also said that the vast majority of Saiyans were of a lower level, including Bardock, and that only ten were of an intermediate level. Only Vegeta and his father possessed a high level. Finally, he commented that if a new Dragon Ball movie were produced in the future, he would like Vegeta to be the protagonist.
