Bandai Namco has confirmed the arrival of more downloadable content for Dragon Ball Sparking! ZERO, a title that continues the tradition of the Budokai Tenkaichi series. The new pack, called Dragon Ball Daima: Character Pack 2, adds six new characters to the game's already extensive roster and will be released in early access on September 21, 2025.

In addition to the new character pack, players will also be able to enjoy a free update that adds a brand-new arena and makes important adjustments to gameplay balance. Six new characters join the cast of Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO
Character Pack 2 further expands the roster of fighters, which already exceeds 180 playable characters. Highlights include alternate versions of Goku and Vegeta, as well as iconic figures from the Dragon Ball Daima storyline. The six new confirmed characters are:

Availability of the Dragon Ball Sparking ZERO DLC
The Dragon Ball Daima: Character Pack 2 will be available in early access starting September 21st for those who purchased the Deluxe, Ultimate, Premium, or Season Pass versions. On September 24th, the pack will be available for individual purchase in digital stores.
Currently, Dragon Ball Sparking! ZERO is available for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. Versions for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2 will be released later.
