Bandai Namco Entertainment America today announced the newest Dragon Ball , which will be called “ Dragon Ball: The Breakers ”, and will launch for PlayStation 4 , Xbox One , Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam in 2022.
The company released a trailer that focuses on online multiplayer with eight people playing simultaneously, check it out:
The game will bet on a proposal in which seven normal “survivors” face off against the “Raider”, the eighth player. The Raider takes the form of an important character from the Dragon Ball series, such as Cell, Buu or Frieza, with the aim of eliminating survivors. The survivors, who were sucked into “The Temporal” line, have no superpowers. Instead, they use items, weapons, and vehicles to fight and escape the Raider while searching for the Super Time Machine to escape. There will be a character customization mode for Survivor avatars, and players can obtain skins and gear using in-game credits or by making in-game purchases. Furthermore, the trailer presents the characters Bulma and Oolong as survivors.
A closed beta test is coming soon to PC, and it will link Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 .
