Toei Animation announced at an event that some films from the Dragon Ball Z saga will receive a remastered version and will be shown in Japan with English dubbing.

The films in the Dragon Ball Z saga are these:

Broly – The Legendary Super Saiyan from 1993 will be shown on September 15th and 17th.

Synopsis: With the discovery in the southern galaxy of a Legendary Super Saiyan who is destroying all the planets, fearing further devastation, he calls on Goku to investigate. Meanwhile, on Earth, a Saiyan named Paragus appears, asking Vegeta for help to eliminate this supposed Saiyan.

Bardock – The Father of Goku from 1990 and The Rebirth of Fusion: Goku and Vegeta from 1995 will be shown as a double feature on November 3rd and 5th.
