The great asset of Dragon Ball Z: The Battle of Gods is to please the audience with its humor. Even though it is a somewhat childish story, it has quite fun moments without leaving aside the combat scenes that have characterized the series over the years.

Here's a point that many people didn't like: the demoralization of characters like Goku and Vegeta . For those who are not used to seeing the super Saiyan fall with a flick and the prince of the Saiyans doing the bingo dance, the reaction of some fans is quite understandable. Which you will find quite funny.

Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods is a fun film that will appeal to fans who have never seen a single episode of the series, due to the story's good humor. Furthermore, the slightly more elaborate animation compared to the series and the Dragon Ball-Kai remake stands out, with the use of computerized elements, for better animation in general.
