The official DRAMAtical Murder has revealed the extras that will accompany the Blu-ray and DVD box set, which will include a 30-minute OVA called “ Data_xx_Transitory ”. The series ended with 12 episodes, falling well short of the expectations of fans of the original work.
DRAMAtical Murder began airing on July 6th and the story takes place in Midorijima. But much of the area is now occupied by a huge entertainment and technology complex called PLATINIUM JAIL, built by the powerful Toue Company, where entry is only granted to those who are invited or possess considerable wealth.
The remaining population of Midorijima does not wish to leave their homeland and occupies the rest of the island irregularly. The anime adapts the adventure game Boys Love by Nitro+CHiRAL. The game's original story revolves around a young man named Aoba who lives with his grandmother on Midorijima . He works at a junkyard run by former residents island's District after Jail Platinum resort is built on part of Midorijima , forcing the residents to relocate. Aoba is content with his simple life but is drawn into mysterious events unfolding on the island.
