The official website for the anime adaptation of Duel Masters LOST, a work by Yo Kanebayashi and Shigenobu Matsumoto, has confirmed the production of its fourth part. Titled Duel Masters LOST: Danzai no Shonen (The Sentencing Boy), the new season focuses on the mysterious young man introduced previously.
The franchise expands the dark universe of the collectible card game with more brand-new episodes.
Character designer Chikara Hashizume celebrated the announcement with a new illustration of the protagonist. Additionally, Sho-Pro confirmed a special panel with the cast during AnimeJapan 2026, scheduled for March 29th. Meanwhile, the series maintains its streaming format, solidifying the success it began in 2024.
Timeline of the Duel Masters franchise
Production follows the accelerated pace of recently published manga. The previous trilogy, composed of Crystal of Remembrance, Reaper of the Moon , and Bokyaku no Taiyo, has already received adaptations in short four-episode seasons. On the other hand, the studio seeks to maintain fidelity to the original material in this new stage of suspense and strategy.
