Developer Spike Chunsoft announced at the end of the “Danganronpa 10th Anniversary Event: Ultimate Class Reunion” held on Saturday that it is developing Too Kyo Games a new game titled “Enigma Archives Rain Code.

The new "mystery and dark fantasy" game reunites the core team from the Danganronpa, including screenwriter Kazutaka Kodaka, composer Masafumi Takada , and designer Rui Komatsuzaki.
The team did not reveal any other details, such as platforms or a release date. Kodaka stated in an interview with Famitsu: "I think the game will be a mysterious adventure unlike anything anyone has ever seen before."
