Etotama – the new anime from the Japanese studio “ Shirogumi Inc ” – has received new updates , character designs, and a promotional video have also been released.
Etotama is based on the manga by authors Takashi Hoshi and Tooru Zekuu, and illustrated by Hiroma Hino (Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai). It was launched in January of this year in Kadokawa's Dengeki Daioh magazine, and the first compiled volume will be released on November 26th of this year.
The story revolves around " Nya-tan ," a cat from Chinese astrology who wants to become a member of the Chinese zodiac. Nya-tan is simple-minded and suffers from memory loss, and she tries various crazy ways to become a member. She meets Takeru Tendo, a high school student who lives alone in Akihabara, and becomes a parasite in his house.
