Grade 4 represents the starting point. Here are novice sorcerers, still in the practical learning phase. Normally, they only face weak curses and act under supervision. Next, Grade 3 brings together intermediate sorcerers. Although still considered novices, they already deal with real threats. Furthermore, this grade often serves as a psychological test, as many struggle to cope with constant fear. Just above that is Semi-Grade 1 , a kind of final evaluation. To reach it, the sorcerer needs a recommendation and must complete high-risk missions accompanying superiors. Thus, this grade indicates that the character is ready to enter the elite. Toge Inumaki and Noritoshi Kamo fall into this category, each with extremely dangerous techniques.
Grade 1 represents the pinnacle of jujutsu. These sorcerers face high-level curses and are considered leaders in society. Nanami Kento and Aoi Todo exemplify this grade well, combining experience, tactical intelligence, and raw power.
Finally, the Special Grade defies all traditional logic. It is reserved for individuals with abnormal abilities, impossible to measure. Gojo Satoru and Yuta Okkotsu are clear examples of forces capable of altering the balance of the jujutsu world.
