Fairy Tail Dragon Cry trailer

We finally have the first trailer for the new Fairy Tail , titled  Fairy Tail : Dragon Cry. The animated film is scheduled to premiere on May 6, 2017.
The film's tagline is: " This power... is it hope or destruction...? "

The animation is all by A-1 Pictures (Sword Art Online), with direction by Tatsuma Minamikawa (Episodes of Aldnoah.Zero, Attack on Titan), and script by Shoji Yonemura and character design by Yuuko Yamada (Persona 3 the Movie #3 Falling Down).

Hiro Mashima's Fairy Tail manga is inspired by two anime series, several OVAs, and spinoffs. The first Fairy Tail film, titled Fairy Tail the Movie: Phoenix Priestes, premiered in theaters in August 2012. Last year, it was revealed that a new project was in production, but so far, no new season has been announced.
