"The world's greatest pirate expo, by pirates, for pirates – the Pirate Festival. Luffy and the rest of the Straw Hat crew receive an invitation from their host, Buena Festa, known as the master of festivities. Upon arriving, they find the place packed with glamorous pavilions and numerous pirates, including those of the Worst Generation. The place is electric."
