According to the official website for the new Garo movie (Garo: Divine Flame), a new teaser and poster with new artwork have been released. The new film takes place four years after the events of Honō no Kokuin, the first anime. It premieres on May 21st in Japan.
The film is directed by Yuichiro Hayashi, written by Yasuko Kobayashi, and animated by studio MAPPA. Currently, the band JAM Project has signed on to sing the film's theme song, titled "Yaiba ~the divine blade~".
