Ghost in the Shell 2045 Announced for Netflix Production

Netflix has announced that Ghost in the Shell 2045 anime series will be directed by veteran Kenji Kamiyama , responsible for 'Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex,' one of the most acclaimed anime inspired by Masamune Shirow's manga.

Production IG studio stated that the anime will have two seasons of 12 episodes each.

Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045 is scheduled for release in 2020.
