The official Ghost in the Shell Arise website has released the trailer for its second OVA . This second episode, titled "border: 2 Ghost Whispers," will premiere in Japanese theaters on November 30th. The Blu-ray and DVD will be released starting December 25th.

The story takes place after Motoko gains her freedom, becoming separated from the secretive 501st unit of the military. Even without Aramaki's suggestion to form her own unit, Motoko begins carrying out missions to collect the members of her former unit.
