The official website for the anime Giant Beasts of Ars (Ars no Kyoju), an original anime produced through a co-production between DMM and HIDIVE, released its first promotional video on Wednesday.
The video announced the names of more members of the voice cast.
The newly announced cast members are:
- Asami Seto as Tsurugi
- Wakana Kuramochi as Sharuto
- Ryota Takeuchi as Façade
- Mayu Aoyagi as Toka
- Kenichi Ogata as Zen
- Atsushi Tamaru as Mezami
- Takayuki Sugo as Bakura
Giant Beast of Ars is scheduled to premiere on January 6, 2023.
The film is directed by Akira Oguro, with composition and screenplay by Norimitsu Kaiho, and character designs by Hiroshi Shimizu and Masato Kato.
Synopsis
The story takes place in an age of swords, heroes, and myths. Giant beasts created the earth, but humans stole it. This angered the beasts, who then began to devour humans. To retaliate, humans invoked the gods. The Kyojū beasts began to spread across the world, causing great damage, but humans reacted by hunting the Kyojū. Humanity also prospered by using the dissected parts of the animals.
