The official website for the anime Grisaia no Kajitsu (Le Fruit de la Grisaia) released the first trailer for the animation. The series is based on an adult content game for PC. The premiere takes place on October 5th on the Tokyo MX channel.
Tensho (Kin-iro Mosaic) is directing Grisaia no Kajitsu at animation studio 8-Bit (Infinite Stratos) with character designs and animation direction by Akio Watanabe (Monogatari Series Second Season, The World God Only Knows). The company Elements Garden is composing the music for the series' soundtrack.
The opening theme will be performed by Maon Kurosaki of the band fripside (Toaru Majutsu no Index II), and vocalist Yoshino Nanjou ((Love Live! School idol project) will perform the ending theme.
The story of Grisaia no Kajitsu takes place at Mihama Academy, where five seemingly normal girls attend this school for a “certain reason”. A sixth student transfers to this school. Yuuji Kazami, who in turn has a somewhat dark personality, who does not stand out compared to the five girls, who are different from the ordinary. As they get to know each other, they deepen their understanding of each other. Through slow progress, each of your hearts is affected. When Yuuji arrives, the story of each of the girls, who are trapped in their past, begins to change.
