Synopsis Guilty Gear Strive: Dual Rulers
After the decline of the once-robust fields of science and technology, a new energy source known as magic fuels the modern era. Humanity creates forbidden biological weapons: Gears. These Gears eventually rebel against humanity. Although they manage to overcome the struggle for survival known as the Crusades, the human losses are so great that, even after several decades, the emotional wounds have not fully healed. Sin Kiske, the son of a human and a Gear, attends the wedding ceremony of his father, Ky, and his mother, Dizzy. This marriage breaks the ultimate taboo: the union between a human and a Gear.
Even with the world at peace, it took many years for such a ceremony to take place. Despite the complex range of emotions surrounding it, the wedding ceremony is met with blessings. When suddenly, a mysterious girl appears… The destined son who inherits Gear blood and the mysterious girl who despises the Gears. Their encounter would shake the world.
