Haikyuu premiered on April 6, 2014, the story follows young Shōyō Hinata who suffers a heavy defeat against his eternal rival Tobio Kageyama. Hinata now joins the Kurasuno school volleyball team looking for revenge, however Kageyama is also part of the team and the two end up forming a legendary duo.
