Synopsis

In their quest for the coveted elixir of immortality, the group finally arrives at the fortress of the "Tensen," supernatural creatures who dominate the island. To survive, it no longer matters who is a convicted criminal or executioner: the only way out is to fight side by side. Meanwhile, the shogunate sends reinforcements to the Isle of the Immortals, led by Yamada Asaemon Shugen. Among the new characters, an old enemy linked to Gabimaru's past also emerges.
Determined to find the elixir and escape the island, Gabimaru and his allies face the overwhelming power of the Tensen. The struggle for the elixir transforms into an all-out confrontation between humans and immortal beings.

The manga debuted on Shueisha's Shonen Jump+ website and app in January 2018 and concluded its run in January 2021. The 13th and final volume of the manga was released in April 2021.
