The story features Gon Freecss, a 12-year-old boy who wants to find his father at all costs, so he decides to become a "Hunter" like him and somehow track down his father.
As the story progresses, Gon befriends three other aspiring Hunters: Leorio, Kurapika, and Killua, who accompany him on his adventures. In Brazil, the manga has been licensed and published by JBC since 2008.
