A new anime Inuyasha . appears to be returning with a new project called “Hanyou no Yashahime: Sengoku Otogi Soushi”. The information was shared via Twitter by the series' author. Check it out

The text reveals: "Sesshomaru has a daughter."
Therefore, on the left we have the message: "Time has passed since the stories of Inuyasha, now the daughters of the brothers will open the door to a new legend."

However, we don't have much concrete information; we only know that the story will focus on the daughters of Inuyasha and Sesshomaru.
Finally, the manga was launched in 1996 and ran until June 2008 in Weekly Shonen Sunday. The series had two anime TV series produced by Sunrise. The original anime series, with 167 episodes, ran from October 2000 to September 2004. It concluded with the 26-episode series Inuyasha: The Final Act , which aired from October 2009 to March 2010.
