JoJo's Bizarre Adventure Part 6: Stone Ocean – Anime Opening Revealed

The live-streamed event before the premiere of the 's Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean anime announced that Tomokazu Seki will voice Enrico Pucci .

During the event, the anime's opening theme was revealed, check it out:

Singer Ichigo from the musical group Kishida Kyoudan & The Akeboshi Rockets sings the opening theme song called “Stone Ocean,” which will be available digitally on December 1st.

Netflix will premiere all 12 episodes of the anime globally on December 1st, before it airs on Japanese television channels MX, MBS, and BS11 .

Studio David Production is returning to produce the series. Kenichi Suzuki is returning from parts 1-3 as chief director, while Toshiyuki Kato is the director. Yasuko Kobayashi is returning from the previous anime to handle series composition, and Masanori Shino is the character designer. Shun'ichi Ishimoto is the designer of the "Stands". Yoshikazu Iwanami is returning as sound director, and Yuugo Kanno is returning from parts 3-5 as composer.

Synopsis

Florida, 2011. Jolyne Cujoh, Jotaro's daughter, is accused of a crime she didn't commit and ends up in a maximum-security prison. Just when she's ready to accept her situation, her father sends her a gift that awakens Stone Free, Jolyne's Stand. Now armed with the power to change destiny, Jolyne tries to find a way to escape the ocean of stone that surrounds her. However, she soon discovers that her imprisonment is only a small part of a larger plot, one that not only targets her family but also has consequences for much more. Worse still, the mastermind behind it all is incarcerated in the same prison as Jolyne and under the protection of several Stand users. After finding unexpected allies, Jolyne begins her journey to stop the plan, clear her name, and reclaim her life.

The Stone Ocean arc of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure manga ran from 1999 to 2003, comprising 17 volumes, specifically volumes 64 through 80 of the series.
