Since the beginning of the manga , many fans have been waiting for full flashback to explore the origin of Sukuna . However, Gege chose to reveal fragments throughout the plot. We knew, for example, that Sukuna devoured her own brother still in the womb and later signed a contract with Kenjaku , being transformed into a cursed object.
Jujutsu Kaisen event in Japan, Gege shared precious details: After the death of Sukuna, Uraume took care of his body. Over time, Tengen to have unearthed his remains, which became a Sokushinbutsu -a Buddhist mummy.
