The second anime season of 2023 is almost coming to an end and we will soon have more big releases in July, such as Jujutsu Kaisen , Mushoku Tensei and Horimiya . So the website MyAnimeList (MAL) released the list of the most anticipated anime for the July season.

Through MyAnimeList, otakus can vote for the anime they are most excited to watch in each season. In this way, the site reviews its users' personal lists to generate a ranking of the most voted anime. Soon after receiving a total of 281 votes, the 2nd season of Jujutsu Kaisen came in first place as the most anticipated anime of the July season.

Synopsis:
The story therefore follows Yuji Itadori, a high school student who becomes involved with a secret society of sorcerers called Jujutsu Kaisen, who fight against curses, evil beings that haunt the world of the living. So, to protect his friends and family, Yuji decides to become a sorcerer and teams up with other members of Jujutsu Kaisen, including his mentor, the powerful sorcerer Satoru Gojo.
The first season of the anime premiered in October 2020 and had 24 episodes animated by studio MAPPA .
