In the world of Jujutsu Kaisen , Satoru Gojo is considered the strongest sorcerer of all, and many fans have become attached to the character because of this aspect and his charismatic nature. However, Hiroshi Seko , the anime's screenwriter, said that Gojo isn't as invincible as he seems.

In an interview in Japan, Hiroshi Seko discusses Gojo's appealing charm and his weakness, which makes the character even more endearing. Although he is the strongest sorcerer and possesses great confidence, the screenwriter says Gojo has a vulnerable side that makes him more human.
"I think because [Gojo] is on a different stage than ordinary people, he probably sees things differently and has a different outlook on life and death. That's why, on the surface, he's so goofy. Akutami-sensei, the author of the manga himself, said that Gojo can do anything if he tries, so he doesn't try."
I think Gojo is the strongest, but not invincible. He's soft-hearted, and when he's pushed, he can be truly weak. On the other hand, someone who doesn't have this weakness isn't very attractive. In that respect, Gojo is extremely strong… but he also has a human touch and is somewhat vulnerable. I think that makes him a very compelling character.
Synopsis:
The story follows Yuji Itadori, a high school student who becomes involved with a secret society of sorcerers called Jujutsu Kaisen, who fight curses—evil beings that haunt the living world. So, to protect his friends and the innocent, Yuji decides to join the jujutsu sorcerers as a student-in-training under the tutelage of Satoru Gojo, the strongest sorcerer of all.
The first season of the anime premiered in October 2020 and had 24 episodes animated by the studio MAPPA .
