In the world of Jujutsu Kaisen , Satoru Gojo is considered the strongest sorcerer of all, and many fans have become attached to the character because of this aspect and because he is so charismatic. However, Hiroshi Seko , the anime's screenwriter, said that Gojo is not as invincible as he seems.

In an interview in Japan, Hiroshi Seko comments on Gojo's appealing charm and his weak point, which makes the character even more charming. Although he is the strongest sorcerer and has a lot of confidence, the scriptwriter says that Gojo has a vulnerable side, which makes him more human.
“I think because [Gojo] is on a different stage than ordinary people, he probably sees things differently and has a different view of life and death. That's why, on the surface, he's so goofy. Akutami-sensei, the author of the manga himself, said that Gojo can do anything if he tries, so he doesn't try.
I think Gojo is the strongest, but not invincible. He has a soft heart, and when he is poked, he can really be weak. On the other hand, someone who doesn't have this weakness isn't very attractive. In that regard, Gojo is extremely strong... but he also has a human touch and is somewhat vulnerable. I think that makes him a very compelling character.”
Synopsis:
The story therefore follows Yuji Itadori, a high school student who becomes involved with a secret society of sorcerers called Jujutsu Kaisen, who fight against curses, evil beings that haunt the world of the living. So, to protect his friends and innocent people, Yuji decides to join the jujutsu sorcerers as a student in training under the guardianship of Satoru Gojo, the strongest sorcerer of all.
The first season of the anime premiered in October 2020 and had 24 episodes animated by studio MAPPA .
