As we mentioned before, let's talk about the talented Maplestar , an internet artist well known for creating animations aimed at an adult audience, based on the most popular female characters of the moment. He recently surprised his fans with one of his latest works, which features Yuuji Itadori and Nobara Kugisaki from the “Jujutsu Kaisen” series.
- Crunchyroll available on Prime Video; See prices
- Novel 'Ameku Takao no Suiri Karte' gets anime adaptation
Therefore, fans of the animator can check out an excerpt of the new animation with Nobara and Yuuji on the official X (Twitter) Maplestar account.
The artist shared his thoughts on this:
“Yuuji helps Nobara with shopping, and Nobara reciprocates by helping Yuuji with other things…?” But I'm animating an episode of Jujutsu Kaisen! I've been working on this for a while! The dynamic between these two characters is incredible, so it was a lot of fun to create this animation. I hope you like it!”
While Maplestar's unique style has gained her a large fan base over the years, a large part is her commitment to keeping her designs true to those of the official anime. This is why many viewers end up being tricked into thinking they are watching an official production when they watch the artist's videos.
Furthermore, the fact that Maplestar hires Japanese voice actors and actresses to voice the characters in its animations is something that is greatly appreciated by more traditional fans. The new version did not go unnoticed, generating several comments.
- This looks amazing, I can't wait to see it.
- I love you Maplestar
- It appears to have been made by the same team of animators as the series
- It's almost the same animation style as Jujutsu Kaisen. I showed it to several friends and they believed it was MAPPA
- This is possibly the only good thing about Nobara
- Great work.
Synopsis:
