anime version of the popular manga Jujutsu Kaisen , created by Gege Akutami, won the 6th edition of the Global Demand Awards as the most watched program of 2023. According to Parrot Analytics , the Jujutsu Kaisen anime surpassed strong competitors such as The Last of Us , The Mandalorian , One Piece and Attack on Titan , consolidating itself as the big winner of the event.

Jujustu Kaisen is the most watched program in the world in 2023
Furthermore, Jujutsu Kaisen also won the title of 'Most Demanded Anime Series'. To be eligible in this category, TV series must premiere during 2023 or release new episodes during this period. As well as this victory represents yet another triumph for the anime community.

Synopsis
Ever since Yuji Itadori, a high school student, became involved with the secret society of sorcerers called Jujutsu Kaisen, he has been training to face curses, evil beings that haunt the world of the living. Therefore, to protect his friends and innocent people, Yuji decides to join the jujutsu sorcerers as a student in training under the guardianship of Satoru Gojo, the strongest sorcerer of all.
Gege Akutami launched the manga in Shueisha 's Weekly Shonen Jump in March 2018.
Finally, the 2nd season of “Jujutsu Kaisen” came to an end on Thursday (27), fans can rest assured that MAPPA Studios has already announced that the third season is underway, promising more emotions.
