The official website for the Kaibyoui Ramune ( Dr. Ramure Mysterious Disease Specialist Aho Toro 's manga revealed a visual and January 2021 premiere date.
Synopsis
As long as there are hearts inside people, there will always be those who suffer. And then something “strange” enters their minds and causes a strange illness.
The disease, called a “mystery disease” is unknown to most, but it certainly exists. There is a doctor and an apprentice who fight against this disease that modern medicine cannot cure.
His name is Ramune.
He acts freely all the time, is foul-mouthed and doesn't even look like a doctor!
However, once he comes across the mysterious illness, he is able to quickly discover the root cause of his patients' deep suffering and cure them.

Yuuma Uchida as Ramune , skilled and hyperactive doctor.

Staff
Hideaki Oba is directing the anime at Platinum Vision (Devil's Line). Ayumu Hisao ( Kono Oto Tomare ) is supervising and writing the script. Youko Satou is doing the character design.
Additionally, Toro launched the Kaibyoui Ramune manga in Kodansha 's Monthly Shonen Sirius in 2017. Kodansha published a "final chapter" in the third volume in August 2019, but the manga is returning in the second.
