The official Twitter anime adaptation of the light novel “ Kami wa Game ni Ueteiru ” ( God's Game We Play ) revealed a new promotional video, additional voice actresses, and announced that the anime is scheduled to premiere in April 2024.

Synopsis
The novels center on supreme gods who have a lot of time on their hands, so they created the ultimate "intellectual game" titled "Kamigami no Asobi". Reche, an ancient goddess, declares that she wants the most skilled human of this era to bring with her to challenge the gods in this game. She chooses a young, novice named Fey.

Kadokawa then published the first volume of the light novel in January 2021, with illustrations by Toiro Tomose. The sixth volume was released on January 25th, and the seventh volume will be released on July 25th.
Finally, a manga adaptation by Kapiko Toriumi debuted in Kadokawa's Monthly Comic Alive magazine in August 2021. The publisher released the manga's second volume on April 21.
