Kimetsu no Yaiba is the new anime from studio Ufotable!

It was revealed that the anime Kimetsu no Yaiba by author Koyoharu Gotouge will be produced by the Ufotable studio, it seems that all animation will be carried out by the studio team, the same team that took care of seasons like Fate/Zero.

Gotouge himself commented that it was a serious problem for ufotable due to its artistic style, but the studio is ahead of schedule with production and making a great anime.

In the month of May, the Kimetsu no Yaiba manga was greenlit for the production of a series.

Check out the synopsis:

Since his father's death, Tanjiro has taken on the responsibility of providing for his family. Although their lives may be hardened by tragedy, they have found happiness. But this ephemeral warmth is broken one day when Tanjiro discovers that his family has been murdered and that the only survivor, his sister Nezuko, has turned into a demon. To his surprise, however, Nezuko still shows signs of human emotion and consciousness... Thus begins Tanjiro's journey to fight the demons and turn his sister into a human again.
