We know that the 3rd season of the anime Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba arrives this year as reported here . That said, during a special event a promotional video was revealed introducing the upper moons (anime villains) that will appear in the new season.

The 3rd season premieres after the release of the film Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba -To the Swordsmith Village- World Tour which was shown on February 2nd in Japan. The film features the last two episodes of the second season as well as the first episode of the third season . However, information states that this film opens on March 9th in Latin America.
The 3rd season of the Vilarejo Dos Ferreiros arc premieres on April 23, 2023 on the Crunchyroll streaming platform this year.
Synopsis:
The new season of Demon Slayer will tell the Vilarejo Dos Ferreiros arc from the manga. In the story, Tanjiro wakes up from a coma after defeating Lua Superior 6 in the Entertainment District and needs to go to the village to forge a new sword, as his old weapon was damaged. However, on the way, he comes across new demons who, after orders from Muzan, the main villain of the plot, intend to eliminate all the hunters.
The first season of Kimetsu no Yaiba premiered in April 2019 , making the film a successful phenomenon. Finally, the second season premiered on December 5, 2021 in Japan.
