The official Twitter account for the anime Kimetsu no Yaiba announced on Wednesday that the third season, titled "Kimetsu no Yaiba: Katanakaji no Sato-Hen," will premiere on April 9th with a one-hour special.
Furthermore, the second promotional video and the main image for the season were also released through the same account.

The video shown above features the opening theme song “Kizuna no Kiseki” by the band MAN WITH A MISSION and singer milet.
The 3rd season premieres after the release of the film Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba -To the Swordsmith Village- World Tour, which was shown on February 2nd in Japan. The film includes the last two episodes of the second season as well as the first episode of the third season. However, information states that this film will premiere on March 9th in Latin America.
The first season of Kimetsu no Yaiba premiered in April 2019, becoming a hugely successful phenomenon with the film. Finally, the second season premiered on December 5, 2021 in Japan.
Synopsis
Tanjiro awakens from a coma after defeating Upper Moon 6 in the Entertainment District and needs to go to the village to forge a new sword, since his old weapon was damaged. However, on the way, he encounters new demons who, following orders from Muzan, the main villain of the story, intend to eliminate all demon slayers.
