The story of the original Manga begins with 15-year-old Oomiya Shinobu, apparently a pure Japanese girl who spent time in Britain. Even after returning to Japan, she still misses her time abroad. One day, a letter arrives from Alice, the girl in the family who welcomed Shinobu to Britain. The letter said: Shinobu, I'm going to Japan! The Japanese-British comedy tells the lives of Shinobu, Alice, and other girls from Japan and Great Britain.
The first animated series took place last summer. Crunchyroll aired the anime in multiple regions as it aired in Japan, and Sentai Filmworks licensed it for North America and will release it on home video later this month.
