According to an update on the Kizumonogatari, the trailer for the first film, titled "Kizumonogatari I Tekketsu-hen" (Blood and Iron), has been released and is scheduled to premiere on January 8, 2016.
The other two films will be called Kizumonogatari II: Nekketsu-hen (Passionate Blood) and Kizumonogatari III: Reiketsu-hen (Cold Blood), both still without a release date in Japan.
Kizumonogatari is the 3rd volume of NisiOisin's Monogatari franchise, serving as a prequel to Bakemonogatari. The story follows Koyomi, who encounters a vampire that forever alters his life, and the beginning of his journey to return to his normal life.
