Koukaku no Pandora: Ghost Urn, a work by Masamune Shirow (Ghost in the Shell) and Koshi Rikudo (Excel Saga), has received its first promotional video. The animation is entirely produced by Studio Gokumi, directed by Munenori Nawa (Kiss x Sis), and features character designs by Takuya Takahashi (Persona 3).
The film's story is based on "science fiction" and takes place in a future where the main character is a girl whose brain can be transferred to other organisms as needed. Surviving a terrorist incident on her way to a resort on an artificial island, she tries to solve the mystery behind this catastrophe.
The premiere takes place on December 5th.
