Tengu Kobo's CG assistant, Naoya Fukushi , talks about problems in the production of the anime Kumo Desu ga, Nani ka? on your Twitter. He explains the anime's production problems and reasons for episode 24's delay.
Translated tweet:
There are a lot of insensitive tweets from people who don't know the production situation. The outsourced animation on several episodes completely broke, and Millepensee (studio) had to redo everything from scratch. The crew ended up being too busy for the later episodes that were reserved for them, which is a big reason for the low quality. The team is literally killing themselves to deal with this. Please be patient with the delay...
I agree with the sentiment that regardless of the situation in the studio, what matters is what is transmitted. No matter the reason, missing the broadcast is highly frowned upon. But I made this tweet because I just wanted to let people know that my friends' studio is fighting desperately because of this anime. And the people who are hurling insults will not stop until someone takes their own life.
Furthermore, episode 24 would originally premiere last Friday. Furthermore, the anime's official website announced last Wednesday that the episode will be delayed due to production problems. The anime premiered on January 8. However, it was scheduled to premiere last year, but due to COVID-19, production was seriously affected.
