It is with great sadness that according to international sources, the Kuroko no Basket has come to an end. The information comes from issue 40 of Shueisha . The final chapter arrives next month.
Fujimaki launched the manga in the weekly Shonen Jump magazine in 2008, and Shueisha will publish the compiled volume on October 29. As of April, the series had over 27 million copies in circulation.
The first season of the anime based on the manga ran in April and ran until September 2012. The second season premiered in October last year and ran until March. The third season is scheduled for next year, although the exact month has not yet been announced. Crunchyroll streamed the anime outside of Japan as it aired.
