The next issue of Jump Next is announcing that Tadatoshi Fujimaki will launch a sequel to Kuroko no Basket (Kuroko no Basuke) in the next issue on December 29th. The series' ending was already announced in August, check it out here . The debut of the new Kuroko no Basket manga will feature an opening page and cover art in the magazine.
A teaser image in the magazine was also revealed, which reads: " The curtains close on your journey [Kiseki]. But wait, the miracle [Kiseki] isn't over yet! "
Fujimaki finished the main manga in Shueisha's Shonen Jump on September 1st.
Fujimaki launched the manga in the weekly Shonen Jump magazine in 2008, and Shueisha will publish the compiled volume on October 29th. As of April, the series had over 27 million copies in circulation. The first anime season of Kuroko no Basket was based on the manga and ran from April to September 2012. The second season premiered last October and ran until March. The third season is scheduled for next year, although the exact month has not yet been announced. Crunchyroll streamed the anime outside of Japan as it aired.
