So, looking at the image , someone took a scene from the second season of Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid. They changed the subtitles and the girl asks: "Wow, why do you have big breasts?" She replies: "My animators are pedophiles ."

On the other hand, this conversation was manipulated by a clueless person, accusing the studio's animators of something horrible. In fact, without any concrete evidence on the matter.
