News that should excite fans in Brazil, especially aimed at Brazilian cinema. After the success of Dragon Ball Z: The Battle of the Gods, distributor California Films announced on its Facebook that it will release the film Kaze Tachinu – The Wind Rises, by director Hayao Miyazaki . The distributor announced the release date for Vidas ao Vento in Brazil: February 28th .

The story takes place near the Second World War, where young Jiro Horikoshi has the dream of designing an entire airplane. In the midst of achieving his goal, he survives the great Kanto earthquake in 1923 and meets his wife. Horikoshi was known for creating the Mitsubishi A6M Zero, the fearsome fighter used by the Japanese navy.

Studio Ghibli's anime was well received by critics, being nominated for the Annie Awards and appearing on the shortlist for the Oscar and Golden Globe for best animated feature.
Lives in the Wind premiered in Japan in July and grossed more than 110 million dollars (R$255 million), according to Box Office Mojo.
