According to Dentsu Entertainment USA , in partnership with Man of Action Entertainment , they are working on a new animated series of the classic Mega Man, based on the successful Capcom . Dentsu holds the broadcasting and licensing rights worldwide.
With plans to have 26 episodes and a release scheduled for 2017, coinciding with the 30th anniversary of the game franchise, Man of Action will be responsible for the creation, script, and executive production of the series.
Mega Man has sold over 30 million copies and has another animated TV series that aired for three seasons in the US.
