anime adaptation of Magic Repo Man: Dumped by My Party, I'll Cash In With a Cute Support Fairy to Become the Strongest! is confirmed for 2026 and promises to combine two uncommon themes in the genre: magic and financial education . Production will be handled by Studio SynergySP , known for works such as A Couple of Cuckoos .
The manga is written by Masakichi , with art by Shingou Iijima , and published by Kadokawa and Flex Comix. With the anime announcement, the two authors celebrated by sending special messages to fans. Magic Repo Man is officially confirmed to premiere in 2026 on TV Asahi .
Along with the announcement, a visual teaser was released, showing the protagonist Lent alongside his companions Guy, Misa, and Elle, from the Skypiercers group. The artwork highlights Lent using his special ability, Magic Warehouse , while they explore a dungeon.
Masakichi revealed that, since the beginning of the online serialization, many readers commented that the story could even serve as financial education material for high school students. “I was very happy,” said the author. “Thanks to everyone’s support, the story became a manga and now it’s getting an anime! I hope that, while having fun, people will also develop an interest in money and finance.”
Illustrator Iijima also celebrated by creating an exclusive artwork of the cast, which was released through official channels.
