The light novel Magical Explorer , written by Iris and illustrated by Noboru Kannatsuki , will be adapted into a TV anime this fall. The announcement came with a teaser, official visual, and initial details about the main staff.

The anime will be directed by Kazuki Ohashi, known for his work on Shadows House, and produced by studio WHITE FOX . Satoko Sekine is in charge of series composition, while Ryosuke Kimiya is developing the character designs.
Furthermore, the soundtrack will be composed by Kenichiro Suehiro, responsible for projects such as Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- . This combination reinforces the technical expertise behind the adaptation of the work.

Synopsis:
The story follows Kōsuke Takioto, played by Nobunaga Shimazaki, who is reborn inside an erotic game. However, contrary to expectations, he doesn't assume the role of the powerful protagonist, but rather that of the unlucky friend used for comic relief.
Origin of the light novel Magical Explorer
Magical Explorer is a fantasy light novel with elements of comedy and isekai, which began in 2018 on the Shōsetsuka ni Narō website. Later, the publisher Kadokawa began publishing the physical version starting in 2019.
Currently, the series has 12 volumes released in Japan, with volume 13 scheduled for April. Finally, the work also received a manga illustrated by Yukari Higa, published on the Young Ace Up platform since 2020.
